Who Is STG?
“Strategies to Glory” is a ministry owned and operated by Rochelle Arnold-Simmons. Under the leadership of God and direction of the Holy Spirit, Rochelle is committed to being used by God to grow the body of Christ by helping manifest God’s Kingdom in the church and our communities.
Rochelle has been a servant leader in the corporate environment for over 22 years. Although each role has been more progressive than the next, she has never lost sight of her role according to God. “Fore even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve” Mark 10:45. She has approached each leadership position as a Servant Leader according to Godly principles.
Prior to joining the corporate arena, she studied Business Management and Marketing at Hampton University. She received her Certification in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Strategic Planner, Facilitator, and an Executive Coach. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Organizational Development at American University in Washington, DC. She has completed a three year Discipleship Program at her local church, New Psalmist Baptist Church in Baltimore, MD. She is a Certified Administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and a Level IV Certified Church Consultant with the Society for Church Consulting and she is co-founder of The Institute for Church Leaders Intl.
Professionally Rochelle has either developed, implemented, led or been a major player in several change management, organizational re-design, process improvements, leadership and other organizational development endeavors. Rochelle’s keen ability to view systems from a global perspective and to analyze and challenge the norms of current situations has been a major factor in her success.
She volunteers in the community, has served on United Way of America, YWCA, and Open Doors Board of Directors. She serves in the role of Ministry Leader for the New Psalmist Baptist Church Leadership School, her home church in Baltimore, MD. Her passion in life is to help others grow and develop personally, spiritually and professionally by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
