C.H.A.N.G.E. Strategy
The church C.H.A.N.G.E.© Strategy is an acronym for Church Health Assessment – Newlife for Godly Explosion. It is a church revitalization and transformation process developed by Strategies To Glory to provide the church leadership team with insight to create strategies that meet congregational an
d community needss which positively impacts church growth. The two part comprehensive assessment consists of the six pillars of a healthy church and includes church leadership and operations. The six pillars are:
Worship
Evangelism
Discipleship
Ministry
Fellowship and
Prayer
STG also conducts a community assessment which allows the church to understand how the community may be experiencing their existence.
STG will bring the tools to assess church health and community impact and work with church leadership and congregation to develop a strategic plan, hence our name; Strategies To Glory. This process includes but is not limited to the church vision/mission, key ministries to be developed and any all opportunities identified in the assessment.
