Church Leaders Competency Model™

At Strategies To Glory we believe leadership is the key to any effective church or ministry.  A Pastor needs to encompass the same skills and more of any corporate CEO to be fully effective.  Church and ministry lay leaders need to acquire solid leadership skills to effectively align the mission and vision of the church to that of the ministry and get everyone on the same page in a manner that is supportive, empowering and encouraging the growth of the ministry.   

To support the development of these skills, STG has developed the Church Leaders Competency Model™.  It includes the key critical competencies needed to be  fully equipped and effective as a ministry leader. 

                                                                         

 The competency model consists of four components:                                                       

  • Leadership
  • Communication                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  • Interpersonal and                                          
  • Change Management. 

Each component consists of several modules that ensure the leader is well rounded to perform effectively in that competency.
