Susan Tyler, MSOD

Background:
Susan Tyler is organization development Consultant that works with faith based organizations. The Elijah Group is a boutique
consulting firm that partners with
faith-based organizations to help them become more effective in their outreach
and to strengthen the operational side of their ministries.
She has more than twenty years of management level corporate experience with several Fortune 500 organizations . Ms. Tyler’s well rounded business background also includes executive level
human resource experience in a large non-profit organization.
Ms. Tyler is a strategic thinker with experience in generating value through team
building, cultural change, change management, leadership development, executive
coaching, diversity/inclusion initiatives and organizational design. She holds a Master's of Science in Organization Development from American University/NTL and earned a Distinction on her
practicuum for volunteer and employee engagement.
Passionately committed to her spiritual growth, Ms. Tyler actively participates and has led several ministries at her local church.
